Reno & Cavanaugh’s practice is not only highly complex and challenging, but it is also highly rewarding. The firm also emphasizes professional goals that go beyond the billable hour, and a healthy work/life balance.  A number of employees have been with Reno & Cavanaugh for over 10 years, and in 2006, the firm was a finalist for an award from Winning Workplaces, a nonprofit organization that fosters the creation of great workplaces.
 
Associates serve on the firm’s steering committee, and all employees may assist with activities such as in-house trainings for attorneys or support staff. At the annual firm-wide retreat, employees discuss firm policies and priorities for the coming year, as well as plans for business development and growth. 
 
While Reno & Cavanaugh’s work atmosphere is not competitive, the firm’s compensation policy is.  The firm also offers flexible schedules. Reno & Cavanaugh’s office is easily accessible by Metrorail and bus, and overlooks Franklin Park in downtown Washington, DC.
 
Although Reno & Cavanaugh occasionally advertises for specific positions, as listed below, the firm also always welcomes the submission of resumes for all types of positions.
