Reno & Cavanaugh’s practice is not only highly complex and challenging, but it is also highly rewarding. A number of employees have been with Reno & Cavanaugh for over 10 years, and in 2006, the firm won an award from Winning Workplaces, a nonprofit organization that fosters the creation of great workplaces. All employees are welcome to provide input into the operation of the firm - from participation in training sessions and working on focused committees, to hiring new staff.
