Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC is pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Nashville, Tennessee and the addition of two new members - Dwayne Barrett and Hannah Cassidy - who will head the new office.

About Dwayne Barrett

Dwayne is a tax lawyer who concentrates on affordable housing and community development matters. He has expertise in low income tax credit developments, tax-exempt bond financing, tax increment financing, Gulf Opportunity Zone Tax Credits, new market tax credits, CDBG funds, HOME funds, and mixed finance transactions.  He has practiced law in Nashville for fifteen years. About Hannah Cassidy

Hannah is a real estate lawyer who counsels owners, lenders, and investors through all phases of real estate development, including land acquisition, financing, negotiating construction contracts, leasing, and disposition.  She structures transactions to combine private financing with various state and federal funding sources, and has facilitated the full range of commercial, residential, and mixed use developments.  Cassidy earned her law degree at Vanderbilt University.  She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard University.
