Crystal Caro handles a wide range of commercial real estate development, lending, leasing and construction matters on a national basis on behalf of the firm's corporate and individual clients.  She also has been involved in key roles in the acquisition and leasing of real estate. Selected Recent Transactions   Commercial real estate development – Negotiation, drafting and review of real estate development documents, including purchase agreements and retail, office and mixed-use restrictions and easements. Facilitated closing developments through negotiation of comprehensive and unique commercial title insurance coverage endorsements. Negotiating commercial paper - Negotiation, review and preparation of construction and permanent financing, including refinance and defeasance transactions. Assisting in the development of residential neighborhoods - Representation of local developer clients in connection with multiple residential development projects, including the acquisition and owners' association aspects of the projects.
