Debbie Brown is a paralegal with the Nashville, Tennessee office of Reno & Cavanaugh.  Debbie assists associates and partners on mixed-finance transactions, as well as on real estate matters dealing with non-profits, affordable housing, and low income tax credit developments.  Before joining R&C, Debbie worked for 34 years in Atlanta, Georgia as a real estate paralegal and office administrator, most recently as a paralegal at the Law Office of Marvin Rice, LLC (formerly known as Gandy & Rice, P.C.) and Troutman Sanders, LLP.  Some of Debbie’s previous responsibilities included assisting attorneys in all aspects of residential or commercial real estate transactions, examining title reports, drafting and finalizing title commitments and loan and owner policies and disbursing closing funds and managing bank escrow accounts.
