Reno & Cavanaugh attorneys have a solid grounding in corporate law.  We represent nonprofit organizations as well as socially-responsible businesses, and we assist those clients on a range of issues from corporate or partnership formation, to creating affiliate organizations, executive contracts and compensation, procurement and related issues, and federal grant compliance. 

 

Our firm is general counsel to seven national organizations, including the Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA), the Housing Assistance Council (HAC), the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), and the Housing Authority Insurance Group (HAI Group). In addition, we work on a task basis with organizations such as the National Organization of African Americans in Housing (NOAAH), UNITY: Journalists of Color, and Architecture for Humanity (AFH).
