This new construction development consists of 78 scattered site single family units which will be completed in two sub-phases, the first of which closed in May 2005. This sub-phase involved 54 public housing/low income housing tax credit units and was funded by low income housing tax credit equity, the New York State Housing Trust Fund, HOPE VI Funds and Replacement Housing Factor Funds. The second sub-phase will consist of a mix of public housing and market rate units.
