The Oaks at Riverview includes 250 rental units (76 units of senior housing and 174 family units), 96 homeownership units and community amenities. These amenities include a multi-purpose resident services center housing a property management office, computer center, meeting space, day care center, commercial rental and business incubator space, play spaces, and a recreation/community center.
