Affordable Housing Management, Inc., a nonprofit housing developer, is working with the local housing authority to redevelop a public housing site and nearby scattered sites. One of the projects is funded by HOPE VI funds, Bank of America loan proceeds, funds from the City of Greensboro, and tax credit equity.
