Ryman Lofts Named Best Affordable Apartment Community by National Association of Builders

Ryman Lofts, a project developed by R&C client the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency of Nashville, TN, was recently named the best Affordable Apartment Community in the country of up to 100 units by the National Association of Builders. Ryman Lofts was chosen for its creative development concept of designing a building specifically for low income artists in the heart of downtown Nashville. All residents must earn below 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) as the building was financed by Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
