Shevi Rosenstein is an Associate with a practice concentrated in commercial real estate transactions. She routinely reviews title searches for complex properties and resolves title and development issues in connection with acquisitions, financing, leasing, and dispositions. Shevi represents developer clients throughout all phases of the deal cycle.

Prior to joining the firm, Shevi served as counsel at a national title company, where she conducted commercial closings in more than 20 states, including Maryland, Ohio, and Florida. Her experience includes multistate transactions, membership interest transfers, and closings involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
